By accessing or using Batchable ("the Service"), available at batchable.co or batchable-one.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Subscriptions & Billing (Studio Pro)

Batchable offers both free and paid features:

Maker Starter (Free): Includes full mathematical pricing calculator, platform fee presets, break-even analysis, and 1 recipe saved in your cloud account (plus local browser caching). Free forever with no credit card required.
Studio Pro ($30/year): An annual recurring subscription providing unlimited cloud recipe storage, cross-device sync, priority feature updates, and future catalog management features.
Billing & Processing: Payments are securely processed via Stripe. By subscribing to Studio Pro, you authorize recurring annual charges to your payment method until canceled.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your Studio Pro subscription at any time with zero hassle:

Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel directly from your Product Library Dashboard or User Menu by clicking "Manage Subscription", which opens the secure Stripe Customer Billing Portal.
Access After Cancellation: When you cancel, you will retain access to Studio Pro features until the end of your prepaid annual billing period. You will not be billed again.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with Studio Pro within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal, contact us at support@batchable.co and we will issue a full refund.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You own all rights, title, and interest in your recipe names, ingredient calculations, labor rates, and business records. Batchable does not claim any intellectual property rights over the recipes or products you calculate or store in the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Independent Tool Notice

Batchable is an independent pricing calculator designed to assist makers in modeling potential profits, costs, and retail margins. All calculations and advisor tips are provided "as is" for informational planning purposes. Marketplace fees (e.g. Etsy, Shopify) are estimated based on public documentation, and sellers are responsible for verifying their individual tax, compliance, and platform obligations.

Etsy, Shopify, and other marketplace names are trademarks of their respective owners. Batchable is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.
